America is following a historic path and it will lead to her demise. Since when did we decide to "pledge alegiance to the DEMOCRACY for which it stands..." Benjamin Franklin stated: We are a republic... if we can keep it." The founders of America knew the difference between a republic and a Democracy - today Americans do not.
 "A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. 1) 30 years ago I was (and still am today) concerned with the social-political direction this country had taken. 2) I became inspired (and still am) to educate the public and expose lies and misrepresentations being perpetrated on the American public by today's deceptive media and political special interest groups. 3) I hoped to assist people (and still do) in making better choices at the polls and in their private lives to enable them to change the direction this country is now headed. 4) I am on the internet so that concerned citizen will have access to information that they can use to help others make the right choices in their lives. (see below for free packet of materials) Also I am putting together some links that I use to keep a mile ahead of John Q. Citizen and years ahead of Joe Six Pack. The media has - from the beginning - been pushing for McCain to win the Republican party ticket for president. By doing this the media appears balanced. In reality they know McCain is liberal and guaranteed to make government bigger in a fascist direction. Check out Vietnam Veterans Against John McCain. Also The Real McCain site for some revealing videos. This is not to suggest Obama would be better as president. Our best hope (since Ron Paul is no longer a candidate) is Chuck Baldwin.
